Is there anywhere where i can send my troubeled sister?

Question by Melissa: Is there anywhere where i can send my troubeled sister?
Hi my name is Melissa and quite frankly i am i tired of having my sister make my family’s life a living hell. She is 16, she goes out and parties every weekend, has sex does drugs, and fights with my mom. She has a serious problem. She has done stuff to make my mom look like the bad guy and she has had to go to court and pay huge fines for the things that she has done. I am thinking about talking to mom about sending her to military school, bording school, some sort of boot camp. Or something that can send her away so she can be changed into a better person. Please get back to me asap, today in public shee fought my mom and bit me and my mom and us bleed. She needs help, please help.
I live in San Diego btw.
