Question by euphoric(k): My 8 year old niece can’t sleep?
She has problems going to sleep. I know there are meds, but obviously that shouldn’t be used on kids. What are some natural things besides like warm milk to help a YOUNG girl get to sleep?

all-natural-sleeping-pills they are for ages 6 and up so she can take them lettuce also makes you sleepy just rub her back till she falls alseep or buy a specially scented candle to help her sleep.
