Sleeping at night….hearing voices??

Question by Beau <3: Sleeping at night....hearing voices??
Ive had experiences with “paranormal” things, but never physically heard things. Last night while watching tv, i heard voices. they were screaming and there was more than one. it was something i cant explain, like screeching. i didn’t know what to think of it. before bed, i heard the same screams, this time it sounded like there was more. i can remember they were saying something, i know that for fact but i just cant remember what exactly they said (they were screaming one word repeatedly)
has anyone experienced this? and what does it mean?
ive recently been trying to be intune with spirits so maybe im becoming more open to them ???
thanks for your help

how many aids deaths in usa in 2005?

Question by rjsandpas: how many aids deaths in usa in 2005?

Best answer:

Answer by Whispers of the Winds
Check out the aids epidemic update link below…

2005} Adult and child deaths due to AIDS: 30 000 [19 000–42 000]

The estimated number of people living with HIV in the United States of America (USA) at the end of 2003 exceeded one million for the first time, up from the corresponding figure of 850 000–950 000 for 2002 (US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 2004a). There were an estimated 1.04 million–1.2 million HIV cases in the USA at the end of 2003. The increase reflects the fact that people with HIV are living longer due to antiretroviral treatment, as well as the failure to adapt and sustain the prevention successes achieved during the epidemic’s first 10–15 years. Approximately 32 000 new HIV cases were recorded in 2003 in the 33 states with confidential, name-based reporting, a number that has stayed relatively stable since the late 1990s. (Those 33 reporting states do not include California and New York, which have the highest number of persons living with HIV.)

The majority of people living with HIV in the USA are men who have sex with men, and sex between men remains the dominant mode of transmission, accounting for 63% of newly-diagnosed HIV infections in 2003, according to the latest available data (US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 2004a). Reports of increased risky behaviour have increased in recent years, some of it apparently associated with recreational drug use. A new ?ve-city study, however, has revealed a variety of trends (the cities were Baltimore, Los Angeles, Miami, New York City and San Francisco).

HIV incidence among men who have sex with men in San Francisco, for example, now appears to be lower than previously estimated (1.2% in the 2004-2005 study compared with earlier, of?cial estimates of 2.2%). But in Baltimore, HIV incidence of 8% has been found in men who have sex with men. Forty percent of the men participating in the study tested HIV-positive, and 62% of them had been unaware of their infection (US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 2005). Overall, one quarter of people living with HIV in the USA are believed to be unaware that they are infected. This lack of knowledge about one’s HIV status is particularly evident among African American men who have sex with men: the ?ve-city study found that about two thirds of HIV-positive African Americans who have sex with other men had been unaware of their serostatus.

Have 46 yr old brother who is severe alcoholic, despite 2-3 lengthy treatment programs. He can’t take a job.

Question by Butterfly queen: Have 46 yr old brother who is severe alcoholic, despite 2-3 lengthy treatment programs. He can’t take a job.
He has stayed w/ my spouse, 18 yr old son on and off for past 20 yrs. Has been through 2 60 day treatment programs this year alone. Has worked on getting a a “good” job for over 2 mos. When he finally gets it, he relapses and screws it up. Our father, as well as his sponsor at AA both think he needs to be commited for at least 6 mos to a year. After a 6 day binge, he is willing to seek add’l help, but problem seems to always come up after he spends 2 mos. trying to get a job that once he gets it, he starts a binge, which is precisely what just happened. My husband no longer wants him to stay w/ us, he has no home, needs further treatment. I have researched what it takes to commit someone, but since he is willing to go for treatment, not an issue. Our dad thinks we can commit him and then we be the one to judge when he can be released. I have been his #1 enabler, but NO MORE. How to explain to dad this is not how commitment works? Can print out variety of research. HELP PLEASE!!
One major thing that presents a big obstacle is that my brother has not been able to work for approx. past 7 years. Therefore, he is homeless! He never has been able to follow through with any type of after care treatment when we allow him to stay with us. When he relapses, it causes a great deal of havoc within our home, so NO MORE staying w/ us. Has had 2 relapses after his last 60 day treatment program which ended only 2 mos. ago. With no job, no insurance, he is only entitled to state sponsored rehab programs. To me, he needs to address psychological issues MORE than his alcoholic tendencies. ANY SUGGESTIONS OTHER THAN THE OBVIOUS ONES OF ME ATTENDING AL-ANON, OF CEASING TO BE HIS ENABLER ARE MORE THAN WELCOME!!! THANKS A BUNCH !!!
As of latest writing of this question, brother is once again going to go into treatment center/rehab for his alcholism…..do they provide adequate mental health counselling in these rehabs? Think he needs to focus more on the psychological issues he has that perhaps can lead him to drink…..any suggestions???

Have you heard of organized stalking or cause stalking?

Question by Terry Cloth: Have you heard of organized stalking or cause stalking?
It’s a recently documented phenomena, that is commonly used as a form of reprisal for whistleblowers or to terrorize people in minority groups, outspoken community members, ex spouses, etc.

It is exactly as frightening as it sounds. Groups of people stalking and harassing a single individual in a community, so pervasively that the targeted individual is driven to commit suicide, be institutionalized, and/or incarcerated.

Can you believe this is happening?
What could one person do to stop this?

Best answer:

Answer by Schadenfreude
Its an experimental weapon (VOG Voice of god) being tested on civilians. Monarch MK/ULTRA mind control torture technique with CIA/NSA technology being used to track, intimidate, and even read (steal) the thoughts of people. They use electroencephalographs to create voices in a person’s head, simulates mental illness, leading many to think that victims are delusional. The stalking component, common in many cases, shows the harassment is not just in their head to others that know the victim. Some methods to deflect attacks from directed energy weapons like particle beams, ultrasound, and laser, but audio harassment, such as communications beamed directly into the head via microwaves, and blanketed low frequency waves are harder to stop. According to his intelligence communities, the technology to enable these techniques comes from satellites, rather than someone on the ground. It’s also being used on political opponents of politicans, whistle blowers, as revenge for jealously, etc… It’s used to leave the victim to isolate themselves and hopefully do themselves in so no evidence of wrong doing from the preps.

Electronic harassment victims are about 70% female, who sometimes suffer from sexual assaults. In some cases, the victims have gotten on the wrong side of a large law firm, or private investigators are involved the harassment. There is hardly any backlash from the population at large because they have no idea it’s happening and law enforcement doesn’t understand the 4th admendment in the constitution or they just do not care.

A James Walbert recently won a court case in which his former business associate was ordered to stop using “electronic means” to harass him. If its happening to you can get a FOIA from the DOJ/FBI/CIA/NSA but they denie accountability. Practicing physician Dr. John Hall is working with thousands of victims of electronic harassment, stalking, and mind control. He is calling for a congressional hearing to bring an end to this kind of harassment/experimentation and recommends that victims contact the organization Freedom from Covert Harassment & Surveillance. I would suggest starting your own organization if your serious.

A federal judge has tentatively ordered dismissal of a $ 12 million lawsuit against the U.S. government, filed by a former deputy marshal who said he was unknowingly drugged with LSD as part of a CIA mind-control (Project MK/ULTRA) program before trying to hold up a San Francisco bar nearly a half century ago. During the program, which lasted at least a decade at the height of the Cold War, hundreds of unwitting Americans were given LSD and other drugs to study their possible use in behavioral control. They used pyschrist hospitals as fronts to find victims. It was ordered closed down but since post 9/11 it’s being used again on hopeless victims.

According to congressional testimony and other records, federal agents started giving mind-altering drugs to volunteers and unwitting subjects in the early 1950s and continued for at least a decade in an unsuccessful attempt to discover methods to control human consciousness.

One subject committed suicide in 1953. The government paid $ 750,000 to his widow and another $ 750,000 to nine Canadians who underwent MKULTRA experiments during psychiatric treatment. The government won a New York jury verdict in 1999 in the only other known case besides Ritchie’s to go to trial.

Monarch MK/ULTRA mind control. Monarch because the royal families are in charge of the NWO and the MK is named after civil rights leader MLK Jr.

Answer by Mike
This is 100% a government-owned operation. How do I know? I have traveled extensively on business in the US and the hand signals, colors, caravan of cars, mobbing, is the same everywhere. This requires training folks.

This operation also requires MASSIVE communication, organizational, and financial capabilities. And do you think criminal groups have gotten their hands on top secret non-lethal weapons? No way.

This is all about social and political control under the guise of watching terrorists and criminals.

Some people wonder, “why would people spend all this time and money to stalk and harass me?” The network is already in place and you were just added to the watch list. Common smokescreens are blaming religions, criminal gangs, insurance scammers, etc.

Here are 3 websites that accurately describe what is taking place and by whom:
