The Salvation Army usually houses people for free or super-low cost. I don’t know about in Florida, but here in California it’s primarily low-income or homeless people. They help with job placement, drug rehabilitation, and government welfare programs to help get back on your feet.

We want to know more about buprenorphine, as we have heard that this is a more appealing treatment than methadone is. The number of patients that can be treated with buprenorphine is limited by law. The links below will be able to help you find drug rehabs, though. It would also be good to take your cousin to a doctor first, so the doctor will be able to assess her situation as well as recommend a treatment program for her and tell you which drug rehab has this kind of treatment program. I really hope your cousin gets treated soon.

I’m curious on the specifics of this. My sister is 24 and and alcoholic and we are not sure which drugs she is taking at this point in time. Does she have to go on her own or can we somehow make her go? She denies everything and says she isn’t doing anything.
