How does one stop using the Internet so much for chatting?
Question by dave d: How does one stop using the Internet so much for chatting?
I find myself going on line to do some work and before I know it, I’m looking at websites or going into chatrooms and wasting a lot of my time. I always try to limit my stay, but it seems to never work. I’m not young either, I am 32 years old. It feels to me like an addiction.
