We were given an assignment about people who are addicted to drugs. I’m really interested in the assignment and I figured that it will be better if I conduct interviews to make my paper really authentic. I’m planning to interview people who are currently receiving treatment because I want to know the reasons why they decided to get some help. Interviews with the therapists and the counselors won’t hurt either. Please help. Thanks.

Yes, there are drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers in Iowa which offers addiction treatment programs. It’s nice to know that you’re interested in doing your assignment. This guy and girl are dating. He secretly has been addicted to heroin for years. But one of his friends told her about his addiction. She confronts him about it and he promises her he will stop. After a few months she thinks he has stopped taking heroin for good. But in reality he does it when she is not around and during his lunch breaks. Anyway, I need a good part in where she finds out that he has not quit.

You have to multiply this all together. The 0.45^12 is the amount that you need that will be clean, exactly 12, at the given percent.
The 0.55^18 is the remaining members that will not be clean.
30 choose 12 is 30C12. This is your total sample, and the amount you choose.
