Question by Precious: where can i find free treatment for my dog in Philadelphia Pa?
She is loosing her hair on her body and face it had started to grow back but now she’s starting to loss it again, and it also appears that her ears are giving her some problems. I lost my job, and cannot afford to take her to a vet. It breaks my heart to see her suffer so.
